This page states the Terms & Conditions under which you use www.trickersfactoryshop.com. Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases through the site, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept the following form of payment:

• Mastercard
• VISA
• Visa Debit
• PayPal

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

All Payments are Secure, and are handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal. 

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

R.E Tricker Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the contact page. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company, once the item is back with R.E Tricker Ltd we will process your refund, however R.E Tricker will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.

SIZES

All Footwear sold on our site are in UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for further information

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

We make every effort to make sure our products are described as accurately as possible, however, colour displays can be different depending on your computer settings, or monitor, so exact colour matches are not always possible. This means, the colour of your products may differ from what you have seen on screen. If you are not happy with any products, you are entitled to return these for an exchange or refund by complying with our returns policy.

PRICING

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on fixed GBP prices on www.trickersfactoryshop.com

You will only be able to checkout on the relative country/currency where your items are being delivered. All UK orders are inclusive of VAT. All orders for ROW (which include Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) are shown in your local currency if supported, or GBP and are delivered Duty Unpaid. This is your responsibility to ensure customs clearance. (Please note Germany is included as a ROW country as we are unable to send on a DDP terms, the price is reflected with no built in customs & duties paid) All orders from other countries in the EU, USA and Japan are shown in your local currency and sent delivery duty paid and the prices reflect this delivered to your door.

Please note if you have a promotional code, this cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotion. You cannot 'stack' codes, if there is an active promotion, you cannot apply a further discount on top.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have certain rights under the law of England which include;

1. Any product you order through www.trickersfactoryshop.com will be to satisfactory quality, fit and its intended purpose. Please note, (some) products may have been tried on, have slight markings, scratches, scuffs, blemishes or any other cosmetic defects. These items will not contain constructional defects that impact durability. We make every effort to show defects, however it is not always possible. If something is not visible, please do not hesitate to email Customer Services where we can always advise further. Please refer to returns shipping policy as Tricker's will not be responsbile for any returns as they are sold with some defects, to which the prices are reflected on the items you purchase.
2. Shoe and dust bags are not always provided with products from the Outlet website as standard, and if required, can be purchased.
3. You have the right to return a product if you feel the quality is not at the satisfactory level. (at your own cost)
4. A right to cancel any order for a product, within 7 days commencing the date on which you receive the product for a full refund, even if the product is not deemed non satisfactory.

By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you have no rights in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property supplied as part of this website. In addition ‘content’ is defined by any, graphics, photographs, including all image rights, music, video and text on this site.

The Terms & Conditions together with all the policies and procedures will be governed in accordance to the relevant United Kingdom laws.
