Refund policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Please note that R.E. Tricker Ltd will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, and refunds will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place. For all returns from the EU or ROW please include the original invoice and please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER and delcare this item is a return when sending, as Tricker's will not accept any import or duty fees on returns should there any placed upon the return and this may result in the item being returned back to you.

How it works:

  1. Enter your order number and email address.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.

  3. The portal will generate your returns label (at a fixed price) and provide clear instructions on how to package and despatch the items back to us.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a pristine, unworn condition. We always recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface until you are 100% happy with the fit.

Pricing varies by region based on shipping costs and customs requirements. The label will be issued for the same region as your original order.

Please note if you are not happy with your purchase or think there may be a fault, please email us your order number and images. Do not post them back without speaking to Customer Service first, postage costs or loss in transit for returns will not be responsibly to Tricker's. We will arrange pick up of faulty items once discussed.

Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.

Cancelling your order

Customers in the European Union - Right of Withdrawal 

EU customers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving a reason. Read more on our EU Right of Withdrawal page. 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled: You can request a cancellation through your customer account within the 14-day window. For cancellations of unfulfilled orders, your refund will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request.https://account.trickers.com/

If your order has already been fulfilled: Please follow the returns process above. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Customers outside the European Union

If you are outside the European Union and would like to cancel your order, please contact customer services through our contact form.

R.E. Tricker Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order where possible. However, if your order has already been fulfilled or picked up by the delivery company, it may not be possible to stop it before dispatch. In this case, once the item has been returned to R.E. Tricker Ltd, we will process your refund. Please note that R.E. Tricker Ltd will not be liable for postage and packaging costs, or any customs or duties charges you may have paid.
