Mens Lollipop Red (several marks/small crease to calf/small scour mark on right shoe) Derby Brogues finished on Bourton sole with a Natural welt. Made on the 4444 last which does run large so we do advise on dropping at least half a UK size.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use DHL and Parcel Force for all our deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

RETURNS POLICY
Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We do not offer an exchange policy on any items from Tricker's Factory Shop
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund has taken place. Please note if you are not happy with your purchase or think there may be a fault, please email us your order number and images. Do not post them back without speaking to Customer Service first, postage costs or loss in transit for returns will not be responsibly to Tricker's. We will arrange pick up of faulty items once discussed.

Firstly, we are extremely sorry! We make every effort to make sure the items we make available to purchase on the website are in stock. If your item is out of stock, we will make every effort to source the item for you from our store, offer an alternative, or refund you for this item.
Please note that SAMPLE stock will be refunded if out of stock as these are usually one off pieces.
