MEN'S WIDTH FITTINGS
Most Tricker's men's shoes and boots are a Tricker's Width Fit 5. These are suitable for most men, as they are a standard width. In the UK this standard width is also known as an F fitting; in the USA it is known as a D fitting; in other parts of the world, it is known as an M (medium) or R (regular) fitting. Examples of Fit 5 styles include our iconic Stow country boot, Bourton country shoe and Robert town shoe collections.

Some of our styles are a Tricker's Width Fit 6. These shoes are suitable for wider feet. In the UK this wider fit is known as a G fitting; in the USA it is known as an E fitting; in other parts of the world, it is known as a W (wide) fitting. If a shoe or boot is a Tricker’s Width Fit 6 it will be labelled as such in the product details. Examples of Fit 6 styles include a Malton country boot and a Keswick country shoe.

WOMEN'S WIDTH FITTINGS

All Tricker's women's shoes and boots are a Tricker's Width Fit 4. Width Fit 4 is suitable for standard width women's feet. In the UK it is known as a C fitting; in the USA it is known as a B fitting; in other parts of the world, it is known as an M (medium) or A (average) fitting. If your foot is a standard width, a Tricker's Fit 4 will be suitable.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use DHL and UPS for all our deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. (Please note we are unable to ship to BFPO and PO BOX addresses due to the services we use.)

All UK orders are inclusive of VAT. All orders for ROW (which include Switzerland, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein.) are shown in your local currency if supported, or GBP and are delivered Duty Unpaid. This is your responsibility to ensure customs clearance. All orders from the EU, USA and Japan are shown in your local currency and sent delivery duty paid and the prices reflect this delivered to your door.  (Please note Germany is an exception to DDP terms and the price is reflected with no built in customs & duties paid)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.

RETURNS POLICY

Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We do not offer an exchange policy on any items from Tricker's Factory Shop

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund has taken place. Please note if you are not happy with your purchase or think there may be a fault, please email us your order number and images. Do not post them back without speaking to Customer Service first, postage costs or loss in transit for returns will not be responsibly to Tricker's. We will arrange pick up of faulty items once discussed.

Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need an account to purchase from Tricker's Factory Shop.

At the checkout you will be asked to enter all your personal details including, name, address, contact number and email address. You can create and account which gives you the ability to track your current order, view previous orders and manage your personal details.

WHAT CURRENCY CAN I PAY IN?

All orders will be paid for in GBP and converted from your bank at the time of purchase from your original currency.

R.E. Tricker have no control of exchange rates.

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM ON THE SITE?

You can use the filters to drill down for the type of shoe or boot you are looking for in your desired colour. Alternatively, if you know the style you are looking for, you can use the search bar at the top right corner of the website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Firstly, we are extremely sorry! We make every effort to make sure the items we make available to purchase on the website are in stock. If your item is out of stock, we will make every effort to source the item for you from our store, offer an alternative, or refund you for this item.

Please note that SAMPLE stock will be refunded if out of stock as these are usually one off pieces.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Before your order has been processed and dispatched, it may be possible to amend or cancel an item. We will make every effort to do so, however we do aim to dispatch your items as quick as possible and it may be a case that your item has already been sent. You can return your item for an exchange or refund at this point.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

We are happy to ship your order to the destination of your choice (permitting we ship to your country) however, we do need your billing address to match the card address you are purchasing from as we do carry out anti-fraud checks on your card.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not fully happy with an item you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, providing they are in the same saleable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.

Whilst the footwear stocked in our Northampton Factory Shop will differ from the footwear shown on our website, you can still choose from a wide range of pairs across all our Men’s and Women’s styles.
