DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use DHL and UPS for all our deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. (Please note we are unable to ship to BFPO and PO BOX addresses due to the services we use.)

All orders for ROW (which include Switzerland, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein.) are shown in your local currency if supported, or GBP and are delivered Duty Unpaid. This is your responsibility to ensure customs clearance. Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. We do not offer an exchange policy on any items from Tricker's Factory Shop
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund has taken place. You do not need an account to purchase from Tricker's Factory Shop.
